One year after their elopement in Ensenada, David and Marlene gathered all their immediate family members to the Loews Coronado Bay Resort for an anniversary celebration.
This was the first time their families were able to meet and celebrate David and Marlene's new chapter together.
David and Marlene went with a minimalist approach in decorating the venue and it clearly paid off as the venue's modern aesthetic speaks for itself.
The center pieces were succulent terrariums made by David's mother and the signage was handwritten by David himself. Displayed throughout the venue were photos from their elopement held up by wooden stumps that matched the name card holders. They even had a Polaroid guestbook with three Instax cameras for guests to snap a photo and leave a message.
This anniversary party was intimate, full of love, and had all the highs without any of the lows.
